Have no fear, great boba is here!!!

This place opened up about 4 months ago, so I decided to give it a try. If I could give this place 6 stars out of 5, I would. I tried the creme brulee milk tea, half sweet, no toppings. AMAZING. It had a really strong tea flavor and was absolutely delicious! 😄

I also decided to try their salad after reading all the great reviews about it. I thought it would be a salad in the American sense with kale in it or something. Wrong. Their Paper Salad is DELIGHTFUL! It has dried fish, green mangoes, hard boiled eggs, basil, lots of peanuts, and clear rectangular pieces which look like really big glass noodles. I think they're made of rice! (I'm not Vietnamese so I am just speculating.) The Paper Salad tastes like something you wouldn't be able to find in the US. But there it is being prepared in a little boba spot right next to Fred Meyer.

I wish I could become a Fat Bee myself and eat here every day. GO TO FATBEE NOW and try their drinks and...

Food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Tried the Strawberry Mojito and Jasmine Green Tea. The Strawberry Mojito was refreshing, sweet yet perfectly tart and very tasty. We also ordered the Oreo & Toasted Lava Croffle. The croffles were both crunchy and the perfect amount for a sweet treat (and the price is reasonable for what you get). Also decided to try their new menu item — rice paper salad. If you’re looking to try a new and different Vietnamese dish, this is the one to try. The bowl offers a good variety of flavours, textures and fun (I recommend shaking the bowl before eating). The design of the store itself is spacious and clean. Workers were very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely come back to try other drinks...

The Hawaiian sunset is my mom’s go-to drink as it’s very refreshing and tropical. My dad and I shared the lychee frosty and really enjoyed the small chunks of real lychee blended in there. The boba is perfectly chewy and sweet. The shop is very clean and comfortable and the gentleman who rang us up was very friendly and quick with our drinks. We love having this shop near our house! Do not hesitate to try it out. So many flavor options and ways to customize to...
