This has to be the worst Jack in the box around. Then when you point out the order is wrong they will fix it and toss it out the window at you then slam in shut on you..
Long version, i ordered a Grilled chicken club without sauce a Large Drink no ice and two Chocolate Overload cakes and a 10 piece Nugget. with Honey Mustard sauce Somehow the lady on the drive through could either not understand English "No I am not being racist here she literally was talking back in Spanish to me. And took over 2 minutes to enter it in the whole time asking what was that again or trying to complete the order but not letting me order the next item. So other than a line out to the street almost. I get to the window she hands me the bags "My fault I did not look inside" then I have to ask for me drink once again I have to tell her no ice no ice. I get my drink and pull away. No sooner to I arrive back home and open the bags to find No chocolate overload cakes and my Sandwich covered in Mayo. So I decide to at least call them. Nope they don't answer the phone it will just ring till you get a fast busy. So I head back to the store to find the inside is closed at 10pm so I have to go through the drive through lane again. this time there is like 9 cars between me and the order board. So another 20 minutes passes. "The Whole time I keep dialing their number and the whole time it goes to fast busy. When i finally get to the order board I explain they go my order wrong. The lady either didn't hear me or didn't car and say what would you like to order, I say they got my order wrong again, And once again she says What would you like to order. I give up on trying to get her to understand and say I will pull to the window. waiting another 10 minutes to be able to get to the actual window and she try to hand me a single double fudge cake. I once again explain no it was two double fudge cakes and they made my sandwich wrong. She then has the smarts to say Oh No English and closes the window. another lady comes up and I explain to her they made the sandwich wrong and forgot my chocolate overload cakes. she grabbed my prior order from my hands and slams the window without a word. A minute latter and yes it took this long "watching the clock on my car" the first lady opens window says "she make sandwich" and then slams the window on me before I can say anything. "Now I have noted the window being slammed I would like to point out this is not a automated window this is one they have to open and close by hand but I mean they are forcibly slamming it." A minute later then that the second lady comes back tosses the bag out the window and then slams it again. So I of course look at my order and verify it is right it is but no Sauce for the nuggets but at this point I give up and then drive off..
This is service? Pardon me I normally do not say this but whatever was stuck up their ass obviously is effecting their work ability. So do yourself a favor Don't even try this one go to Bothell go to Everett go to the Snohomish one. No matter the drive the service will be Faster Friendlier and your order will be right.. But I have contacted establishments before to let them know about a situation so it could be fixed or improved. But after the worst customer service I just saw. I would just like to share what I just witnessed. The lady working the register today 03/31/2025 at 11:30am has just shown the worst customer service I had ever seen. A lady with a sick toddler had to use the restroom and you could see the little girl coughing and holding herself. It’s a shame to see that the lady working the front wouldn’t let them. She was rude to the lady and little girl. Maybe this is why I don’t come here often, but this is probably why I won’t return. Don’t worry Jack in Box I wasn’t a frequent flyer but I sure do know how to treat people. After I ordered I asked for the bathroom key and gave it to them so that that the young toddler didn’t spoil herself standing in the lobby. Some people don’t have kids or hearts now days. The food could have been made with a little love too. Shame on you lady and shame on you Jack in Box for not teaching your staff how to deal with certain situations. Sad part I talked to the lady afterward and she had just left the pediatrician with her sick daughter who has diarrhea. What a great thing to have on your floor when customers come into eat. Read moreAlright, look. You can check my profile. I don't normally leave reviews, but this morning... I'm tired, so it's story time. I just got off working a 14 hour graveyard shift, and I hadn't eaten anything at all. I was the definition of a hungry man and all I wanted after work was to eat something. And not just some pancakes or waffles, but a nice meal to regain all the calories I just used up. Unfortunately, it's 5am so there isn't much open, but I'm not going to be picky. I see there's a Jack in the Box nearby that's open 24/7. Perfect! I ordered a #8 meal (ultimate cheeseburger) with a coke and 2 tacos
The fries were heavenly. They were nice and hot and crispy. Perfect. The 2 tacos were also fantastic and I have zero complaints. But my drink and burger? The highlight of the meal? Come on! So for some reason my burger had 3 patties which isn't an issue. More for me! The issue was that all 3 patties were hard as rock and the bottom bun was also hard (like if you microwave leftover burgers too long and the bun gets all hard cause you microwaved it too long?) making it completely inedible and I had to toss it making my inner chubby child cry cause my burger was ruined. Then, I tried to drown my sorrows away with the coke, but the coke was flat. Zero carbonation whatsoever, so I threw that away too.
Come on Jack in the Box! You can do better than that!! The guy at the window was nice...
