Don’t order from here. If I could give a lower rating I would. (Giving ideas here for google to do some enterpreneu’ish thing) Used to be a good establishment now it’s run by immature unprofessional people. First of all, you have no access to them through phone; been trying for a couple of months and it’s been a nuisance. (Yes, I have perseverance to keep trying every weekend) Also, the last 3 orders I’ve made from this Everett, MA location all came wrong. I mean, does it make sense for me to pay for something that I’ve been craving for; such as mildly buffalo wings... and get a cheese pizza... that’s not even stuffed crust... NOT EVEN STUFFED CRUSTED!!! The only reason I order from this brand is due to the stuffed crust, why I’m the hell, would I want a damn non stuffed crusted pizza?! Why?! Whyyyyyy?!!!! That Don’t make no damn sense now does it? That’s Pizza Hut’s signature. And I’m sure that more then half of the consumers that order from this establishment only do it because of the stuffed crust. That’s what sets you apart from all the rest of the competitors. And you leave that out? That’s a big deal here. I’m not as evil to lie and say the rest of your pizza is good. Pr Badly is of made with care. Losing consumers here. So disappointed. I am also quite unsatisfied. I ate the wrong order; not going to lie. But I’m still unsatisfied. Read moreThis is the worse Pizza Hut we have in Everett. I always used to order delivery and pick up without no problems until Now. Placed an order over the phone, 1 hour passed by I called “the store” be aware when you call this “store” someone picks up from a call center. You will not get to speak with anyone at the store. After 1 hour and a half without no food I called for the second time to cancel my order. They placed me in hold to contact the store. Was on hold for 17 minutes. I hanged up and called again for the 3rd time to cancel since 2 hours have passed. The agent god knows where, gave me a 1-800 number to call to process my cancellation. Another lady from god knows where picks up. I request cancel and a refund of my never arrived order which was $34 dollars. Lady said she can only take a report And the store manager would contact me. This happened on Thursday December 1. Today is December 5 and no call from no manager. They also had the never to send their delivery driver THREE HOURS after my order and after I had already canceled. Read moreI order medium pizza, 8 pieces of chicken wings bones off and 12 pieces of chicken wings bones on with sauce on the side for delivery( THEY CHARGE FOR DELIVERY)I got my order 56 min later, the pizza was cold and chicken wings had sauce on. Looked horrible. I spend 40 minutes on the phone trying to get the right order, but nobody answered the phone. I drove to the store and I got the wrong order again, instead of 12 bones on, they gave me 6 and instead of 8 bones off, they gave me 12. I didn't open to check the order and I had to drive to the store again. The same lady fixed my order, she put the chicken that a bring from home in the fryer again and fried some more bones on to complete my order. I couldn't get her name because the name tag was black, didn't have any name and she probably wasn't trained to do a safe service otherwise she wasn't going to put the food that was already out of the store in the fryer. VERY DISAPPOINT....
