Absolutely beautiful space and friendly staff. I’m thrilled to see this fabulous new coffee shop in Everett. It’s easy to see that Ritual will be a real success. Congrats!

I do have one suggestion: please consider removing the scented candles. The fragrance is so strong that I wasn’t able to stay and enjoy the space. So I ordered a cappuccino to go, but when I removed the lid, all I could smell was the candle scent.
