Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Everett

I have ordered at this location a few times and have not been satisfied.. Today i ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso; had to request it to be remade because the espresso tasted so bad, really burnt. The 2nd drink still tasted awful. I'm not sure if they were even using the correct espresso at that point cuz it looked darker than it normally does for this specialty menu drink but it did not taste right at all and I get this as my usual but I don't normally go to this location.
