My wife went to pick up dinner today March 14th at the Marlton NJ location, pulled in at 6:53pm and as she is pulling up she sees the girl working there run to the door, lock the door and turn off the open sign. She walked up to the door and pulled on the door, it was locked and the girl stood there and just looked at her. I called three times at 10 minutes after 7pm when they close to speak to a manager, no answer. How unprofessional, counter-intuitive, lazy and stupid can you be. I worked in a restaurant for 6 years and would happily serve guests that walked in 7 minutes before we closed, because it's business and it's the right thing to do. We went to wawa, and from now on we won't be bothering with this Primo location, maybe not primo at all. Sorry, I am very disappointed. Read moreThis location is so inconsistent. They say they weigh the meat but the sandwiches are always different sizes. If they forget all of the toppings that you order you're only option is to drive back over there and get a replacement sandwich the same day; they won't put a credit on file since "the toppings are free" even though it's their screw up. It's just terrible customer service every time there's an issue with this location and the manager is never there to resolve anything. If your sandwich is wrong you're basically left with a sandwich that you didn't order or a second trip back to the store. Eagle Plaza is so much better. Read moreLove primos and have never had an issue with this location before. That being said, I ordered a whole meatball over the phone at 12:55 and was told about 25 minutes to pickup. I showed up 30 minutes later and it was clear they were busy. I paid for my order and was told just a little longer. About 5-10 minutes later it became clear that they had not even started my order yet. I was told two more times that it would only be a few more minutes, but I didn't get back into my car until 1:53.
