It really took me a long time to decide to write this bc I know what this could do to any business but since she didn’t follow up and show any type of concern and didn’t reach out I had to leave my true and honest feedback. I will not mention the hairstylist name but this was unacceptable. I just moved to Jersey and I found a place near my house and it looked like a high quality salon so I gave it a try. I have been a bleach blonde for over 10 years and I haven’t had this situation happen. This hairstylist bleach and added color to my hair twice. The first time the color didn’t take and it was blotchy and my roots didn’t even take. So I went back and got it fixed but lost a little of my hair due to her adding bleach to my whole entire head when she was only suppose to bleach my roots!!! I didn’t want to question her so I just let her do her thing. I came back to get the same service done but this time it was a complete disaster. When she finish she took me outside to check to see if the color was even to prevent what happened last time and when she was checking she saw that my hair fell out, and didn’t even say a thing. Half the amount of my hair was thin out due to the bleach breaking it off. When she finally admitted that she saw the breakage she didn’t even care. I literally have spots of 1inch patches all around my head. I have been combing my hair to hide it but at this point I have to chop off all my hair and get a pixie cut which I’ve never had before. I was in shock and didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid the full price. When I got home to look at it myself I literally couldn’t believe it! As weeks went by not one message or concern from her. She had the audacity to charge me full price knowingly that’s she messed up my hair. I would’ve given her another chance if she showed some empathy and had some ethics...

BARBER SHOP REVIEW! I just had a haircut at this barber shop, by Sammy. My first visit here. Definitely one of the very best cuts I’ve ever had! The moment Sammy starts cutting, her experience and talent are apparent. She’s genuine, friendly, and can also NOT talk, without it being awkward. For guys that get cheap cuts at big chains...do yourself a solid and spend the extra dough for a proper haircut from an experienced pro barber. Book an appointment with Sammy. We all know its been months since you’ve actually PAID for a haircut. Instead, you broke out the dog clippers to butcher yourself, or had girlfriend or wife do a hatchet job. It’s been less than an hour since Sammy cut my hair and I’ve been already had several compliments! The place is clean, spacious and organized. Most importantly, for guys that would never, ever, ever, ever go to a salon, the space is effectively designed into three separate spaces. The center is a waiting area with a desk to check in. The right side is a barbershop in its own environment You don’t hear conversations or blow dryers from the other side, don’t smell the stuff used in salons and all the estrogen stays in the salon. There’s no sports memorabilia, Hawaiian tropic bikini models or ESPN on the walls. And there’s no chance of knocking over someone’s dip spit cup. Exceptional service! Everyone was so professional and friendly. The interior itself was beautiful and clean. Absolutely lovely environment. Scheduling was super easy and the text reminders were so helpful.

I am horrible with knowing what to get, but my stylist (who I am horrible with names so I cant remember it) did the absolute best job I have ever had. I gave him a quick idea of what I want without really any details and he had me all set and I was happier than I have ever been before with any other haircut. It was also quicker than I have had anywhere else! He was great and I would gladly recommend him to anybody.

I would definitely recommend coming here to anybody I know and I will for sure return whenever needed. Well worth the price! Absolutely wonderful experience.

Edit: Having returned, I don't believe I will ever go to any other Salon again. This place is just that great. I believe my stylist's name is Modi and he is absolutely wonderful. Never...
