Well , the past three weekends they have had specials for the Eagles. 3$, 2$ , and 1$ Sunday for a 20oz. Last time on the 2$ day I got two - one for me and one for my two year old daughter who loves smoothies and loves to eat. Today, I was going to get 3 and the manager told me "no. one per customer because we ran out of product last time." Okay .. so, I changed my order to 1 vanilla slim. Then, when the manager asked me what I wanted three times I told him three times and he got an attitude with me because he couldn't hear me over the three machines going at once. I get it but, after the second time I got rude and said "sir, I ordered a vanilla slim.. can you not hear?" He then told me he didn't want to serve me because I was being rude.. ummm.. I explained to him he has to listen to people when they order and I was like every other customer and told him "maybe you should have stocked up for this if you were having 1$ smoothie day instead of just getting one for each customer." And the people who make the smoothies talk about you and you are standing right there and the manager does the same thing. Very unprofessional when you are working with people and customers. They should really be ashamed of themselves and how they acted. Manager didn't apologize to me or anything. Oh, and my smoothie is so nasty it tastes like one of the workers actually spit in it. No flavor. NOTHING. Get rid of this location or get new owners because I was humiliated in front of other people and it was alright...

Was very quickly helped by a lovely person named I believe was Gianna! Very polite and happily helped me with my order. However, I believe it was either the assistant manager or the general manager was giving a dirty look the entire time, as they were wearing a different uniform from the other staff. They had long black hair anda are Indian. I openly present as a queer person and I do NOT appreciate when people stare at me for my appearance, especially not when I'm trying to purchase myself a smoothie. Call it a sense, but as someone who has been treated poorly because of this, I can tell when someone is... a bit unsavory.
All in all, wonderful service from crew, questionable higher ups. Hoping you get better, less...

Such a helpful young person working this day with a smile and the custom service skills one can imagine at this age able to educate me about the product for sale and make suggestions for taste preferences and suggestions what I wanted for dietary needs amazing as I was satisfied and impressed with this beautiful young person mom must be also and has done a great job thank you again.............
