I usually don’t like to post reviews when it comes to negative experiences. I try to be understanding that there is always the chance for human error, but it has happened couple of times in a row and I am really disappointed.
This Starbucks is my go to every morning before work, to get my coffee fix and some breakfast. Lately, breakfast time has been a bit difficult for me due to morning sickness (baby bump), so I started to make adjustment with eating habits that can possibly make me feel better. I usually place my order about 20-25 minutes before I arrive for pick up, I think is a reasonable time for my order to be ready. I have never had an issues with any of my orders, but recently I’ve been getting my orders all wrong.
Yesterday, I order a classic oatmeal with almond milk. According to the receipt my order was placed at 7:34am, when I arrived at 7:52 I was waiting for another 5 minutes. I was handed a bag with my order but when I got to work, it was plain dry oatmeal. It wasn’t cooked, there was no almond milk, there was nothing but dry oatmeal flakes. I decided to not give any complains, although I received a DIY project for an oatmeal order. I don’t know, maybe they were too busy (just me being understanding). Today, I placed my order for a Roasted ham and Swiss Cheese Croissant sandwich, according to my receipt I ordered at 7:31am. Again, I had to wait another couple of minutes extra, and once I checked my order I got a Bacon, egg and cheese croissant.
I don’t want to sound like I like to make complains, but I am really disappointed that it’s been happening...
Read moreToday, I had the distinct pleasure of visiting the Starbucks in Marlton, just off Route 73, and what a truly beautiful encounter it was.
The moment my presence met the threshold, I was greeted by Jullian, whose warmth and attentiveness immediately set the tone for something extraordinary. Her welcome wasn’t just a hello; it carried a depth and sincerity that created the perfect segue for an atmosphere where peace, positivity, and ease flowed effortlessly.
The space itself was alive with the hum of uplifting conversations, laughter, and genuine human connection. There was something remarkably special about how every patron seemed happy, engaged, and at home. The energy in the room felt intentional, comforting, and light.
I was meeting with a professional in the interior design space, and the environment provided by this Starbucks was the perfect backdrop for meaningful dialogue and visionary thinking.
I left this Starbucks not just with my beverage in hand, but with my spirit uplifted. I felt deeply blessed, immensely grateful, and inspired by the ambiance, the people, and the service. It was more than a coffee run. It was a meaningful moment of serenity and connection, tucked inside a place many might overlook as ordinary.
To the team at this Marlton location, thank you for creating a space that feels like more than a café. It felt like a sanctuary of kindness, calm, and community.

Read moreNice place but it's ALWAYS cold in there - in the winter and in the summer.
Update, 1.30.2018: Just went in for the first time in a long time (I got sick of it being so cold in there so I stopped going). Well, just my luck, they're doing some work on the front doors and the two guys working are literally holding the front doors wide open - while it's SNOWING outside - making it frigid inside. I asked if they could turn the heat up to accommodate and got a strange look and an 'ok', but it didn't seem to get any warmer. After a bit it got so cold my hands were cold enough to need gloves on. People all around me were complaining how cold they were. I asked again if they could turn the heat up, and was told 'well only a couple of degrees'. After about 20 minutes I gave up and left, and won't be going back. Seriously, if I want to be freezing cold while trying to enjoy a hot beverage I'll just throw on a bikini and...
