I usually receive amazing service when I come here but this most recent visit has changed my whole perception of this shop. I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure and gel set with intricate design. Usually Pia does my nails (who is so sweet and amazing) but she was busy. I instead was put with the older man there in the shop. He started working on my nails without looking at the design first. When we sat down at his table he looked at the design and said “can’t do it, nails are too short”. I thought ok, your job as a professional is to look at the design I want and advise me of my best options. Then it turned into, “you know if you get that it’s gonna be a lot of money”. Hello! I scheduled the appointment, I know that it won’t be cheap. I felt very demeaned and disrespected all because he wouldn’t be honest and just say he didn’t have the artistic skills to complete the design I wanted. So I then changed to a very simple design and asked, “is this better?”. Then it was an, “oh I just want you to be happy. Don’t want to do the design and then you complain about price after” which I thought was pretty racist because I don’t see anyone else being warned or questioned about whether they can pay the price or not. It wasn’t kind. It was back handed kindness. Pictures attached of what I wanted and what I got. For that gentleman to even fix his mouth to ask me, “do you like it” is ridiculous. The design looks like a child did it. Nails not the same shape, length, and jagged. As a business you send your customers away with the best. You know you did a horrible job on my nails and the fact that you were ok with that tells me everything I need to know about your business. I felt so horrible and not listened to I just wanted to get out of there. I’ll never return and taking all my referrals with me. $95 dollars for this?!...

I cannot say enough good things about this nail salon and the incredible team that works here! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it such a relaxing place to be. It’s my go-to spot every other week, and I truly look forward to my appointments.

Pia, my nail tech, is absolutely amazing. Her skill and attention to detail are unmatched. Whether it’s a simple manicure, intricate nail art, or even a last-minute repair—like the time I accidentally broke a nail—Pia takes care of it all with ease and professionalism. She fixed my nail without making me wait at all, and it looked flawless afterward.

The rest of the staff are just as wonderful. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and committed to making your experience the best it can be. Their availability and flexibility are impressive, and they consistently go above and beyond to fit me in when I need it.

What makes this salon even more special is how they treat my 7-year-old daughter when I bring her in. They’re so patient and gentle with her, making her feel just as pampered as I do. It’s such a joy to share this experience with her, and she always leaves with a big smile.

On top of all that, the salon offers the full range of services—everything from basic manicures to more advanced treatments—and they do it all with exceptional skill and care. So came here bc was close 2 my Dr's, nails needed refill & rvws seemed good. @1st, thought guy's efficient, doing nails quickly, but not rushed. Tho, lil agitated bc didn't tell me gel he's putting on pink &whites was extra $5 (told him put what usually goes on top; always had exact gel he used@ any other place w/o extra cost.) Even acted like special gel 4me, as if doing me favor; said last 3 weeks &wouldn't yellow from smoking! (Again, same gel as any other place, but not concerned unknowing cost extra $5.) Nevertheless,
