First time dining here… wow. Ozzy (not sure of spelling) was our bartender. He is charming, funny, quick, and adds a bit of flairs an S tier bartender. I had a wonderful time with my partner and absolutely loved the food. We had their calamari, than angel hair pasta pirmidoro and the pork chop, and lastly the mint tartufo. Everything was phenomenal. The richness and flavor shows they care about their food. The service was absolutely amazing. The food was delectable; some of the best food I’ve eaten in a while. The atmosphere is nice, but casual. At the bar some light conversation and great reading of the room by the bartender addded to the subtlety of dim lighting, and provided a relaxed but nice, clean feeling. I wish I had taken pictures of more than desert and the mojito! I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a bit tucked away in a plaza, unassuming on the outside, but gorgeous on the inside. Be prepared to spend a decent amount of money. Recently dined at Triumph in Princeton, and it was twice the price for half...

A friend recommended this place to my mother, so the two of us went for a special dinner. It has a very unassuming storefront, so we were startled at how nice and upscale the interior was. This really is a fine dining establishment!

The food was PHENOMENAL. We had the fried calamari to start, which were very lightly breaded and fried, and were super tender. I had the scallop piccata as my main dish, and I don't think I've ever had more tender, buttery scallops. My mother had the lamb osso buco, which was also fantastic (and a HUGE portion, so she certainly got her money's worth). We finished our meal with the carrot cake, which I didn't know was actually a carrot cake layered with cheesecake (my absolute FAVORITE). Worth every bite.

The staff are also incredibly swift and attentive. I have to give a special shout out to our server, Kevin, who went above and beyond for us and all of the tables around us.

All around, this was a fantastic experience. What a hidden gem of a...

I'm not sure what happened to Metro Grill, but I NEED the OLD Metro back. Ozzy, the bar tender is Nowhere near as good as Mike. Now Mike knows how to make a pomegranate martini. I went to get togo platters for dinner and decided to wait at the bar for our food. Ordered martinis and received bottom shelf vodka with some crazy concoction of premixed juices. When I addressed Oz he said he put Pama, grapefruit juice and vodka in my pomegranate martini. I watched him make both drinks and no Pama was put in my drink. He threw out the drink and gave me Pama & cranberry juice for $11. I didn't want to go back and forth with him so I just took my food and left. I get home and our platters were as dry as a desert. If this is the new Metro Grill due to Covid we won't be back. That's $100.00 that we could've...

Nice atmosphere. Food is typically quite good. Prices seem a little high, for my taste, but it's not outrageous. The bar has no Happy Hour specials, which I find disappointing. The menu is a bit limited, not tiny, but certainly not extensive. However, they do have typically four or five interesting Specials each night to add variety. Worth trying out, if you are in the area, or just like trying new places and haven't been here yet. Not spectacular, but still a nice restaurant. Reservations for dinner are recommended later in the week and on weekends, as it does get quite busy.

The menu is relatively small, but that's absolutely fine, because what they offer, they do very well. Expect a set of veal and chicken dishes (chicken marsala, veal Parmesan, etc.), A list of pasta dishes, plus the specials. Entrees all include salad, and many include pasta. Portions are large, and the quality is excellent, but it does get a bit expensive. The wine and beer list is also small and focused, to their benefit; few options, but good ones. Nice, quiet atmosphere. Candles and soft lighting, with quiet jazz music through the speakers.
