Curtis Lanes — Local services in Ewing Township

Very poor customer service and was overcharged. I have been to several boweling alleys and have never been treated so rudely. When i came in the staff did not greet us. I asked about prices and was pointed to a sign rather than the staff going over the prices. I asked for one game at $3. When we were set up I asked for side bumpers for the lane. I was told the lane had none, then the staff turned away without offering to change the lanes. I asked another staff to change the lanes. I had accidentally put in three names, even though there were obviously only two people. They charged us for the extra name and then charged for games we did not play. When I asked for the price to be corrected the staff refused to change it. I asked for the supervisor and the woman who was rude the whole time stated she was. When i stated i would not return to the bowling alley and commented on the rude service she followed me outside to tell me why it was my fault I was over charged. Extemely unprofessional behavior. TERRIBLE experience after going here for years! My friends and I went for 1 hour (25$) of bowling and got charged for 2 hours and 10 minutes (52$)When I mentioned it wasn’t correct they proceed to tell me I was wrong. We signed in @ 9:08PM and @10:08 we were walking out the door and they told us we were there for 130 Minutes which they both knew was not the case but still printed it on our receipt! They had to have known because they specifically told us they were closing in less than an hour. 45$ turned into 75$ and after nicely mentioning their “mistake” they argued I was wrong and there wasn’t anything they could do. I mentioned we didn’t even arrive until 9PM and they told me “apparently not “. 52$ for 1 hour of bowing and 20$ for our extremely old used shoes! It’s a very old place too, so it’s not like anything has been updated in the past twenty years ( I know I’ve been there)! 75$ to go bowling for an hour!!!?
