Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Ewing Township

Ordered a number 4 meal.. they ask me wat would u like to drink with that.. I say a Large Dr .Pepper .. also ordered a milkshake… when i get to the window I ask for sauces and the lady goes you only got two drinks u cant get sauce.. we go back an fourth to realize they never put the #4 meal in the order.. she goes ask for help and some guy who Is eating while he is making the food comes and yells DO YOU WANT THE DRINKS OR NOT.. So I get stuck paying $3.19 for a large dr pepper that I got SPECIFICALLY FOR THE MEAL..! Atrocious when I went around the second time to finally get my Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster ( which is very very good) they dont tell me how much at the drive thru so wen I get to the window and the girl see’s that its me little miss just opens the window and sticks her and out with an attitude not saying the amount I owe her or anything.. I understand fast food is not easy and you deal with lots of complaining customers but I didn’t deserve this kind of treatment.. didnt make a big deal over the fact that i should have gotten a #4 meal the second time because they charged me for a large dr P (3.19) and now I couldnt afford the meal and had to settle for just the sandwich.. these people need need a manager in there that can work out problems… not some big intimidating guy who is going to yell YOU WANT IT OR NO.. while he is eating.. love sonic but as of September 17th ‘22 8:10 pm.. you guys lost my business.. After several frustrating experiences at this location I'll choose one of the other 10 fast food places within one minute of here when needed. The food isn't good enough to leave frustrated 70% of the time. Two visits stick out the most. I ordered through the app, parked and put my stall number in. I waited and waited and waited. No one ever came. I had my toddler with me so didn't want to get out of the car. Eventually I did and went to the lobby door near the kitchen. The door had a sign that said to ring the bell, so I did. I watched several people look over at me and no one came over. After about 3 minutes a girl finally comes over and opens the door and says "the door is unlocked" and walked away. I asked for my order. It had been ready forever and the food was cold. Second was from today. I again ordered from the app. Added some sauces the app suggested to the order. Paid and waited for my order. When it was handed to me the employee said "just to let you know we didn't give you all those sauces because we make people pay for those" and walked away before I could say anything. If that is the issue then you need to take that up with the company you work for since i ordered through YOUR app. and to be clear, there were ZERO of the sauces I ordered in the bag, but there was a ton of ketchup...which I didn't order and went straight in the trash along with the food that was incorrect because another thing they didn't give me was...

I'm liking this double feature for $3.99... it is so good and I am so hooked.. I had it planned to have my double feature a week before time. I was scheduled to meet my daughter and my grandson there on 1-3-18, they had never been there before and I told them about the double feature for $3.99 (it's a double cheeseburger with the works and a milkshake) so about this same time my granddaughter was due to come around 1-12-18. So on 1-3-18, my son and daughter-in-law had a scheduled doctor's appointment and instead of checking in at registration she went straight to labor and delivery. So back to our plan to Sonic, me and my daughter and grandson had planned to meet up around 2pm. I get a call from my son around 2pm, after I had already called my ride to go to Sonic. Lol. My son said, Mom, they said, they baby is coming now. Oh My. So I called my daughter, I said, Your niece is coming now, so I'm taking my ride up to the hospital now. But you keep on going to Sonic and you get Sonic Double Feature for EVERYBODY. So, it was Me, my daughter, My grandson, My Son, and I have another granddaughter and we got her Chicken Tenders and Fries.
