Burger King — Restaurant in Ewing Township

I went to the burger King to use my coupon from doing survey. They gave me a really difficult time to process coupon and did not give me my free sandwich. I did just what coupon says on back. I baught the other food. I says buy a side and a drink. I ordered a side. Mozzarella sticks that is listed on the sides menu abd ordered a med drink and told cashier i have coupon from survey. I asked can i get the Mozzarella sticks listed under sides. Cashier said yes. Drove to next window to pay she got mgr. Manager said only side i can get is fries. I said the coupon says any side and any size drink.. Mgr got attitudes ans insist i get fries i said i will take my business elsewhere. What thee big deal about honoring survey coupons. If I would give half a star i would. The people working there are sooo rude. All establishments be it original nor franchise should offer if not 100 atleast 90% of the regulations/ customer service. I just drove to the drive through asked for the 2 for 10 special asked for large fries instead of small and milk instead of soda which i have been doing since the promotion started and i was charged extra which i don't mind. The lady taking my order said no it's not possible and that no other Burher king does that. I told her it is possible and that i do have a receipt proving so. Not only have y'all screwed up my order many many times.. since Burger King doesn't allow special instructions on doordash.. I needed to call the restaurant.. to make sure they gave me American cheese and not Swiss.. because I am incredibly allergic to Swiss cheese. I called at least four times and no one answered. I contacted doordash who tried to contact you guys but the numbers they had was not in service. Basically... I was forced to throw away $17 meal away.. because y'all can't answer a phone and y'all don't have a correct number listed for doordash to contact you. What's really unfair.. is I wasn't able to get a proper refund.. because I Dasher had been chosen.. they only offered me $1.28. Just cuz y'all can't answer her phone or keep your numbers...
