DOORDASH DRIVER---- The orders are always correct and bags are well sealed! HOWEVER, The line for the drive thru is extremely long from the "dinner rush" (about 5pm) until about 830pm at night. FOOD DELIVERY DRIVERS are instructed on the platforms instructions per the merchant to sit in line at the drive thru. 2 BIG PROBLEMs! Here is why: Problem 1- When a customer orders food on food delivery apps (ie: doordash), that are given an estimated delivery time, and if they order, they are bring told 50 minutes for delivery. For example, I was in the Walmart parking lot when I get the order. The order went 2.7 miles away and took me 57 minutes.
Problem 2-- Food Delivery Driver are instructed to use the drive though to pick up the customer order that has already been paid for. There are a lot of spaces that could be designed just for Food delivery drivers and one or 2 employees could run curbside service to the Delivery Drivers. This will cut down on wait times for drivers, drop the long long deliver times, and also alleviate traffic issues and the possibility of accidents!
THE TRICKLE DOWN IS THIS:: Due to the wait, most delivery drivers have caught on to the peak times and long waits and Simply not accepting the orders. Most orders are a very low pay out, and average of $5.00 for and order and most of those order from dispatch location of the driver to the customer is an easy 15 miles! Add the drive time and the wait time and the $5.00 to $8.00 pay out for and order the pushes...
Read moreHad a late night run for a quick bite and ice cream. Ordered a cheese burger and 4 piece chicken strips meal with a peanut butter cup blizzard and an oreo cupfection. The chicken strips were playing with no option but the ranch dressing cup that came with it. The burger was also not inspired and had too much mustard on it. The Oreo cupfection was a bit underwhelming as I didn't see much other then a brownie and some soft serve. Nothing more than some chocolate sauce and I didn't get any topping otherwise. The peanut butter cup blizzard was mistakingly turned into a mint chocolate chip blizzard so the review is a decent mint chocolate chip cup but was not ordered. Although there were 3 cars in the drive through no special instructions this was the first time Ive ordered food at a DQ. I can't say as I would recommend this experience but I know that the establishment is mostly known for its soft serve so probably more for a quick cone or milkshake. This was a drive through so maybe going in would have produced...
Read moreUgh some of these kids are great but I had a super bad experience here. Some kid claiming to be a manager tonight, didn’t want to help with a mobile coupon. We had to argue back and forth for about five minutes to get him to honor it. Firstly, a better system needs to be in place than taking customers phone through the window to scan coupons. It’s unsanitary with covid so the scanner should reach. I opted to use the code 15 min expire code and they said they didn’t know how to do it so “sorry”. I said to him, if it’s BOGO … why can’t you just honor the the second blizzard? He then replied because I can reuse the coupon again. Seems like these young kids just need better supervision, it’s laughable. The same kid then proceeds to close to the window and say “it’s five dollars bro, who cares” yikes. His name is Brian and apparently is a manager here. Kid...
