older man working there was a bit aggressive, and yelling at a younger male employee (looked like a teenager) and the poor kid looked like he was on the brink of tears. teenage boy was very helpful, sadly I did not get his name. yelling in any way is not professional and i think that that matter should be handled appropriately. Employees do not look professional. I'm not saying they need to be in a uniform, but they could dress in a more presentable manner. Also, my pretzel was lukewarm and when I asked for another one, that one was lukewarm also.
