Alright, to start off I didn’t have the willpower to take a picture of my Colombian burger before the first bite and by the time I realized what had happened there was nothing but sauce and a fever dream. Bun was good quality, fresh crisp lettuce with a slight snap. Sauce had a good amount but with how perfectly cooked and juicy the burger’s 6 ounces of beef was it didn’t need it. Potato sticks and bacon had a good synergy with the caramelized onions. My order came with fries that were seasoned well and had a nice crisp exterior while not being overcooked. Overall, the symphony of flavors orchestrated at this location is a masterclass in what Colombian street food should be.
