Davia Restaurant — Restaurant in Fair Lawn

This past weekend I helped host my sisters Baby Shower at Davia and it was beyond incredible! If you are considering a family gathering, company holiday party, or a baby shower just like us – you’ll be glad you had it at Davia! I frequent Davia for dinner but never had an event there, it made me realize I should share my experience for anyone else who’s considering a party. Below is my breakdown on how they went above and beyond in every way (I am coming off a bunch of wedding reviews so be prepared for a full breakdown :D )

Service: Michelle and Bill worked with us in advance to make sure we had everything we needed. They were super helpful and communicated with us along the way on any questions we had. Karen and Bill were present for our party which took over the restaurant. They anticipated all our needs! We arrived early to set-up our decorations and they helped us arrange the layout how we needed. They were constantly attentive and available for all our guests, we never went low on anything, and they moved around the party always checking in with everyone. Their presence was so welcoming and comfortable that they felt like family.

Food: The food is why we chose this place (and the incredible staff)! The food was displayed on a buffet and was presented in such a pretty way (I wish I took pictures of the food)! The food was so delicious. They had an array of salads and appetizers followed by some delicious entrees like their famous penne vodka! They also catered to our dietary restrictions by making personal plates for those who needed it. No one left hungry!

Came here one night for the first time a couple of months ago, friend of mine who knows the Owners from years ago recommended it. Let me tell you, it really was an outstanding experience and now they have new customers! We try and go every other weekend to spread the support around. Paul and Michelle are the Best! Paul made me a special Cacio de Pepe pasta......knocked my socks off, I had to take the rest home it was so filling and huge portion!.....the drinks are fabulous and always on point. Bill is one of the most professional waiters, that still exist, believe it or not! I don't even need to turn my head, Bill is right there with whatever it is he see's needing at the table or in my glass I should say..LOL. You must try the place, the food is outstanding and the ambience is very clean/sleek but yet warming and welcoming. Paul & Michelle, fabulous place! Glad we took the leap and branched out...

My partner and I have dined at this establishment 2 times since moving to Fair Lawn. We have always had a wonderful service experience, the waitstaff and bartenders are always attentive, kind and quick. The food taste delicious and fresh. I had the branzino special this most recent time and the sauce and fish were delectable, and a great portion size! My partner had the lamb and it was cooked to perfection, he also loved the salad dressing delicious, garlicky and fresh greens!
