Hey Yogurt Fair Lawn — Restaurant in Fair Lawn

Hey Yogurt is a small chain that I'm thankful opened up in our town. It serves yogurt, but not in the usual frozen soft-serve style: It comes drinkable in a cup with a large boba-tea-style straw.

I've tried several of their flavors and they're all great. My go-to flavors are: mango, lychee, Oreo and (believe it or not) oatmeal. They're all my favorites! What I like is that you can adjust the amount of sugar added. The drinks' yogurt base is slightly tart and the fruits are plenty sweet on their own with no sugar.

This cute little store is pristine, bright and the service is very friendly and very good. Not much seating inside - one bench, but they put out a couple tables and chairs outside so you can enjoy the weather. They have a large-screen ordering kiosk inside if you're feeling introverted.

They also sell cheesecakes, which I have yet to try. I want to try tiramisu, I may pass on the durian 😆 Although the cakes are small at 4", they are a bit expensive at nearly $20.

A bit unrelated, but I wish the chain wouldn't use such hefty, plastic cups. Very durable for the walk home, but seems somewhat unnecessary. Perhaps a large paper cup would be better for the environment.

Their yogurt drink is so addicting and delicious that they keep having me come back to try all of the different flavors that they offer. So far, my personal favorite is the dragonfruit and pineapple. I showed a few friends this place and they all enjoyed it! At this location, specifically, the workers and owners of the place are very friendly. Before purchasing, they told me about their membership and all the freebies I can redeem with the points and that I should sign up. First time coming here and the place was lovely. From the atmosphere of the place, simple but nice styling with many plants it had a very clean feeling to it.
