If I could give this place zero stars I would. I just had the worst experience possible at this Dunkin. I came in looking to get the famous Cookie Butter Coldbrew, excited to try a new drink, but I quickly realized that my five minute coffee stop would turn into a 30 minute long affair. The worker, who was obviously not trained at all, took our order and after a long time watching him make the wrong drinks we finally asked for a refund. The manager was no help and should be fired. There was a line out the door by the time we finally left the store, empty handed. Many customers besides myself were fed up with the waiting and were leaving the store. Also it's not good that half of the workers can't even speak English or...

By far the worst service ever !! I was coming here every morning until I got sick of waiting 20 min to get my coffee every morning .... I literally would be standing at the register and would get ignored while all the employees made drinks for the mobile orders .... if they need to make sure the mobile orders are complete that’s fine but they should have Atleast 1 person taking care of the walk in customers instead all 3 workers put there heads down and act like there aren’t any walk in customers and continue completing there mobile orders ! Not to mention every Dublin I go to charges 35 cents for a cup of ice but the people here tell me it’s a 1 dollar for a cup of ice .... will not be coming...
