So, I ordered something that was apparently out of order. The store still accepted the order. Problem with that is now I can't cancel it, and now the store either has to void it or subsitute the order. Not a problem, right? No. Huge issue apparently. Only the manager can void orders. So a subsitute, right? NO. This is also something only the manager can do. The store tells me to cancel the order, and after explaining to them that I would still have to pay for it they said that me canceling was the only option. The employees expected me to just pay for an order they would not subsitute and could not cancel. I admit, I argued, and stated that I did not find this to be a fair solution. Was I a very annoying customer, absolutely, but I did eventually get a subsitution. I also loved hearing the employees make fun me for being frustrated the entire phone call. Sorry y'all, but I really feel a subsitution is not a bug enough ask to require a manager. In the future I suggest offering a subsitution if you cannot fulfill or void an order. That is what...

My spouse ordered 2 sandwiches, one for herself and one for our kid, then they started doing the veggies without starting mine, that's fine, they have a system, though usually they ask for the whole party's order before moving on, but it's fine, I keep waiting. After another person comes off break and joins the line to help, they are told to start helping the person behind me, completely ignoring the fact that I haven't been helped. When I mentioned that I've been waiting (admittedly I sounded irritated), the person rudely said "well I was the only one on the clock". That's fine, but you don't skip someone entirely when they've been waiting, especially when the rest of the group's orders have been taken. I wasn't even acknowledged until I got irritated. First, the guy taking the order was incredibly snappy and short tempered from the moment I pulled up
Second, I asked for both sandwiches to be toasted, they were not. I asked for both to be meals, which I had to ask again at the window because he did not give me a meal.
Third, he then rung everything up separately. I paid $40 for 2 meals. 🙄
Fourth, I asked for quac on one sandwich, I got a microscopic smear. And asked for bacon on the other which had none.
