If I could give a 0 I would. Never been to this location will never come back. First, waited 20 mins was told to pull around the building to wait in other side. Went in to see why so long female manager said name was Danielle not sure if this right no name tag, became rude and defensive. I looked in the bag to see fries, poppers, turnovers sandwiches just thrown all together loose in the bag cold and had put 5 orders of poppers that was not what I ordered. Manager refused to refund me. I keep repeating the order was wrong she kept pointing to the screen see it’s right here, still was not what I ordered it must have been put in wrong. Couldn’t get her to understand this Cook from behind counter came around to I’m guessing cause trouble manager had to push him back guess he was going to harm me? I’m 5’4 female, really. Left the food on the counter called corporate number to get my refund they couldn’t believe the treatment I received. I will only eat at the miamisburg arbys from now on. If the owner sees this go watch the tape from inside the store at around 250 pm on 2/11 you can see and hear for yourself. Side note other cook was just outside smoking and spitting wiped his mouth then he went in and began preparing my and others food without washing and no gloves this place is the worst...

We went into this store with an out of market coupon, which I didn’t realize at the time. The general manager came up to put in our order, since the line staff was unsure of what to do because of the coupon type. The manager informed us that she would honor our coupon, but it was clear through her communication that in the future we should make sure to be aware of which stores are covered in the coupon zone. In the way she delivered her message, she was very professional, very courteous, and very kind, and never once made us feel any type of way for using the coupon we had. The food was amazing and her care and service was even better. Kudos to the managers who still know what they’re doing. Read moreMe and my husband went to arbys one night, just a few nights ago. I ordered 3 beef and cheddars and two curly fries, and a order of Jalapeño poppers to go. We only live about 7 minutes from here. When we got home we opened up our sandwiches to only find raw, pink beef!! Even the fries and poppers were very old and you can tell they had been sitting there for a long time. 😡🤢🤮 I took pictures and I even called them. They said they had just closed and there was nothing they could do. The night manager insisted that the beef was cooked. I beg to differ! I have been trying to get ahold of them since then and they will not answer the phone. I am beyond upset at this point. No refund, no remake, nothing.
