I love Dunkin and have what most would describe a mild habit. This location is terrible. After three times i have to call it out. Food hasn't ever been made properly (not hot, muffin not toasted at all), on the go orders were never ready, and one iced cold brew was watered down. Last visit the front of service guy couldn't locate any cold brew (that wasn't ready for my on the go of course), had a conversation with the manager, then came back out front, gave me a thumbs up, and proceeded to fill the cup with iced coffee. Upon seeing this I asked specifically if i had been given cold brew (poured from a pitcher) or just iced coffee (filled from the large standing filler on the counter). I was assured it was cold brew (costs more than iced coffee) and upon tasting it, after drinking it almost every day for years, it was clearly regular iced coffee (much more bitter than cold brew). Since it was ten times better than the awful watered down stuff they pawned off on me last time, I considered myself lucky and simply left. Horrible location and rude, disrespectful workers with an authority complex where the only place they have any power is in the confines of their dunkin kitchen alleyway. The walk in area was closed but the drive thru was open. I was with my 2 toddlers in a double stroller, no cars or other customers were around so I proceeded to the drive thru window to ENQUIRE if I can purchase half a dozen donuts. Instead of simply informing me that's not allowed or against their policy or even a simple no We can’t sell you through the drive thru would suffice (which I would have said ok thank you and be on my way). A worker ran up and the first thing she yelled at me was to MOVE NOW, like if I was some sort of threat to their lives. Then she claims its for safety reasons. The vitriol in her voice indicated that she would have much preferred to see me and my kids run over. Read moreThis store is always out of something because the manager is inexperienced and unable to order product correctly. On NDD the manager instructed her employees to pass out a smashed up glazed dounut in a smashed up bag covered with glaze to their customers unless they specifically asked for a fresh donut of another variety. When management creates a hostile work environment for their employees then customer service is compromised. I was employed there for close to 6 months with no complaints on me personally ... but because I received a customer complaint on a day that I had already worked 7 hours non stop without a break I was yelled at in front of customers as well as other staff and treated unfairly by the manager and ultimately lost my job for walking away from a hostile environment and following protocol by contacting her manager as well as corporate immideatly after leaving.
