It would help not to have overly racist and rude people working at the counter and then when I decide to call somebody on it, she’s rude with my seven-year-old. Nobody has time for that. I’ll be sure to tell everybody I know about this person. When my daughter grabbed the wrong bag, she looked at her with disgust instead of politely correcting her not to mention the people that came after me also said she was rude. Oh, guess what? Yes, they were black and I’m Afro Latina Which in her eyes, she thought I was black. There was a Spanish couple that came in before us, and she was all smiles and giggles and the moment I asked her for something she got rude with me. I decided not to be a New Yorker and return that rudeness, but I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back here again. I drove all the way from Prince William to come to this place.. where I’m from that doesn’t happen she could’ve been that way all she wanted to me, but not my child. Goldmiss, you need to work on customer service with your employees. This was my first time visiting the place, not to be greeted with a simple hello, and then to treat a paying cutomer who paid with cash payment that it was one of the most disgusting things to do. The young lady who's in this picture was the cashier and was VERY RUDE!! Through my money on the counter and not placed in my hands. When I went to complain to a manager, both workers pretended not to speak English. If you're going to have staff there working, they should know the first step to positive experience with service is at least greet customers who are spending their money. Two: they need to learn how to use the cash register and how to count basic math properly. Don't make excuses for bad behavior because it will reflect on business with negative reviews like this. If i could give a 0 stars for customer service I would. I ordered 2 dogs, one i put under special instructions “not spicy”. When they came out, they were both spicy. I went up to the counter and asked the lady to replace it since I ordered not spicy, she said “it’s all spicy, no change”. I said no, i’ve ordered this plenty of times without spicy and she said. “no change”. Eventually after she spoke to someone and said her manager wasn’t there when I asked to speak to someone she grabbed the corn dog and threw it away and went in the back. Absolute attitude for no reason. The dog was for a little girl who can’t handle spice and yet the lady was acting like I was insane.
