This restaurant is located in the food court of hmart fairfax; however, the quality is better than other competitors that sell soft tofu. My wife loves soft tofu soup and we tried all options in the area. I can guarantee that this one is the best in Virginia.

What I love about this restaurant is that other menus are pretty solid as well. I ordered dolpan bibimbop. The portion was huge enough for me to share it with my son. All vegetables were well seasoned and cooked. “Dolpan” kept the food warm until I finished my last bite. Bibimbop comes with bulgogi, which is marinated very well with fresh quality. Considering that dolpan serves as a frying pan, I could taste nurungji, which is grilled sticky rice that tastes crunchy. Loved their idea of dolpan to provide authentic Korean vibe.

Every trip to Hmart, we used to like coming here for authentic Korean food before we start shopping, went in this past Sunday 06/23/2014 a new young guy worked there as a new cashier, we ordered what we used to order everytime which is A4 kimchi soup with extra spicy and stir fried intestines when the food came out it was tofu soup instead of Kimchi soup he said Kimchi soup can not be spicy I still want Kimchi soup he was not happy but told me it will take longtime to cook it again I told him I can wait and I waited 10 mins to get no spicy Kimchi soup with 1 price of pork belly, disappointment . I went to this restaurant to order food for someone sick and craving its dishes. Although I had never dined there and was skeptical about the quality, it turned out that the food was great! I ordered soft tofu soup with noodles, grilled croaker, and spicy pork, and although I felt the overall price was a bit high compared to others with similar options, the food was delicious, and the quality was excellent, which made up for it. They also gave me a lot of side dishes. It looks like they have several vegetarian dishes as well.
