I wish I could give 0 stars. I LOVED Dr. Mufti and her practice up until recently. Dr. Mufti delivered my daughter on 12/27/2013. Up until the delivery of my daughter, the entire staff had been warm professional. Now, I hate making appointments and trying to get in to see the Dr. Mufti. On several occasions, I had booked an appointment and tried to get in to see the doctor, but my appointments would be cancelled due to scheduling conflicts or the doctor having to go out of town on vacation or something. Finally I had decided to switch my OB/GYN. In 2013, Dr. Mufti, tied my tubes after having my daughter. In 2016, my husband and I decided to try for another child and I had a tubal reversal. After my tubal reversal, I was told to follow up with my OB/GYN. I followed up with Dr. Mufti to inform her that I had tubal reversal and that my husband and I were trying to conceive. She told me once that was accomplished, to come back and see her immediately because there would be a chance that the pregancy could be an ectopic pregnancy because of the tubal reversal. Well recently (Feb, 2018), we found out that I was pregnant. I immediately made an appointment for the following day. The day of my appointment, Dr. Mufti's assistant called me to let me know that there were actually no appointments available and that the appointment booked online was in error. I explained that I needed to get asap to see the doctor due to the situation and was told that I would receive a call back from someone so that I can reschedule. Fast forward a week later and I never received a call back. I decided to look for more professional practice and found one. The day of my appointment (02/26/2018), I went in for my first visit with the new OB/GYN. She did a sonogram and found that my baby was growing in my left tube. I was sent to the E.R. and later was given methotrexate to terminate the pregnancy. I was in so much pain and the E.R. physician stated that had I not went in to see my new OB/GYN that my left fallopian tube could have ruptured and it would have been life threatening. I say all this to say that this practice has truly gone down hill and it seems as though i became another number. Dr. Mufti did not care enough to follow up with me to ensure that I received proper care, after I explained the situation and importance of all of this. I am surprised that this DR still has her license I wrote this review and then read the reviews and I feel extremely saddened that women have built themselves up to get an appointment and had such terrible experiences with this Dr and it seems nothing has changed!! I went to this practice to get routine checks - smear mammogram this DR is extremely brash and her bedside manner is horrific I went for a smear and was told to undress I waited in that room for a ridiculous amount of time I almost wanted to get my clothes back on and run away but as we all know waiting for a smear you just want it over with it surprised me when the doctor came to do the smear she didn’t say anything to me I tone her was agitated I felt really uncomfortable and awkward, I told her i had put myself on hold for a while because of my kids and when I said I wanted my appointment asap she was very harsh in her response and she said ‘well you said you waited 18 months what does a few weeks make!!’ I found her to be very rude!! I had to force her to give me a prescription I was told I needed surgery and I could have that in May I contacted the DR because May was nearly over and months after my last appointment I still have not heard anything she told me her office would be in touch 2 weeks later I still have not heard anything, not having the surgery means I have been bleeding and I have been left - I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated I would say DO NOT go to this Dr and find someone that is respectful and has your best interest this place is terrible if you want to feel taken care of...

I saw this doctor in 2016. I posted a review for her on Zoc Doc but I see she is no longer on Zoc Doc (likely due to the bad reviews) so I want to make sure my review can still be accessed.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional in my life. I told the doctor I was considering getting pregnant soon and wanted to ask some general questions about it but for the time being I'd like to refill my birth control. She immediately scoffed at me and told me I wasn't taking getting pregnant very seriously. Then she proceeded to give me the most painful female exam I've ever had. I felt violated, insulted and cried when I left the office. She didn't give me an opportunity to explain that I was waiting till the busy season at work ended to try to get pregnant.

Now a few years later, I have a one hear old son. I was lucky to find an OBGYN that was kind to me and answered the questions I had. I can't believe she even has a medical license. It's terrifying. I'm still very scarred by...
