This review is for the app system not the store itself since I was never actually able to go to the store, for some reason the app had put the wrong store for my order and I had gone through and paid for my order all the way before seeing that it was the wrong store, so I went to the app to see if there was a section to cancel it said to send them a message then I get a response saying that they don’t do refunds for mobile orders even though I never got my order at all and that they gave me 15 dollars on my account where I had spent almost 30 I then Called the support number and was told I had to wait for the digital team to get back to me it took over 2 weeks for them to get back to me and still said no we can’t refund you but we did give you the 15 dollar coupon witch again is only about half I spent, I would not recommend using the Bk app ever not worth and and they have terrible costumer service as well very rude and you can’t even speak to the people who are suppose to help with your issue only email. I make sure to check that everything is there and they only gave me one cookie which was a candy cookie instead if the chocolate chip. So i go back in. The lady was so rude. She said, i only got one cookie, because it was the candy one. I told her i didn't order the candy cookie, and my receipt said, two chocolate chips. She rudely said, i need that candy cookie back, which i had no problem doing, i had brought it in with me, not planning on keeping it. After receiving my food, I took the precaution of verifying the accuracy of my order with the cashier. Despite this, upon leaving the premises, I realized that one of the sandwiches was missing. I promptly returned to the restaurant and explained the situation to the cashier. Their response was rather disheartening, as they informed me that they were currently out of chicken and would require approximately 7 minutes to prepare more. Although I agreed to wait, they ended up taking an additional 20 minutes to prepare the sandwich. What disappointed me further was the absence of any apology or acknowledgment of their mistake.
