Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fairfield

I had ordered a super supreme but I dont like onions or bell peppers so they substituted extra black olives and mushrooms in their place. Apon arrival I went in to use what was a crystal clean restroom and wash my hands. While I waited for my pizza I was acknowledged by each employee that made eye contact (something you rarely see these days). Watching all of these employees as they worked together,some were teaching others and as they finished what they were doing each went and helped someone else. My pizza was in my hand before time,it was made as i ordered hot and delicious. I've been going to get $5 pizzas in mexia until now. Not anymore! As long as this pizza hut keeps this kind of quality and dedication I dont mind the extra money it cost because these are the kinds of businesses we should be supporting during these pandemic and economically stressed times. Growing up in buisness within the food industry I am slow to give praise or poor comments but I do believe that management is more than likely the reason my experience was worth noting!!! Typical Pizza Hut, reliable and good quality. I had the Tavern Crust pepperoni, mushroom onion, which is thin crust cut into squares.

The pizza was excellent overall; light and crispy crust with a fresh taste, the sauce was fine, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. A typical Pizza Hut pizza.

I had to signal for attention a couple of times and the manager attended to my requests when he noticed, so a slight hit on service. This was not the case on previous visits so not really a problem.

The restaurant was clean, tables and floors as well as the toilet were all satisfactory.

I have eaten here several times and continue to be happy with my choice. It is one of the few restaurants open a bit later in Fairfield and as business makes me late on occasion, this is a real plus. Particularly given the good food...

Stopped here to eat while I was traveling. Terribly understaffed location, with three maybe four employees total. As the only customer in the building I waited about five minutes before anyone took my order, because one was operating the telephone, one was answering the phone, and one was cooking.

There was one table available that was covered in crumbs indicating that it had not been sanitized. We ordered two sodas and a water, they did not bring them to the table. When we asked where they were they told us to grab the bottle from the fridge. Not a big deal, but shows that poor customer service is a theme here. I am very unhappy with the drink pricing at nearly $4 for each of our 20oz sodas....
