Katnas Kitchen has grown from a food truck at local events to a storefront, and we’ve loved watching the journey. The service is always friendly, the owners are welcoming, and the team takes care of every customer like family.

Prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are solid. We’ve had the pancit, adobo, halo-halo, and even some of the breakfast options, all flavorful and cooked right. If you’re near Travis AFB or anywhere along Air Base Parkway and craving Filipino food, this is the spot to check out.

There’s a few tables inside and a couple outside. It’s usually pretty laid-back unless it gets busy, but either way they’re always ready to serve up something salty, sweet, and delicious. They also sell shirts and snacks inside, which gives the place a cool local vibe.

Katnas Kitchen was a vendor at the Vallejo Filipino Festival 6/1/24. Price: RIDICULOUS!!! $25 for rice and 2 bbq sticks, $60 for Boodle Plate, undisclosed price for a side of rice. Cashier tells me that there is a charge for paying with a DEBIT CARD....undisclosed. CHARGED $97. There was no pricing on their food board. We stood in line for an hour when we ordered there was an 8x10 sign of the prices where you'd order the food. Food was expedited so fast, no napkins included, they provided a long piece of brown recycled paper towel, no sauce as shown on Food board. We heard about this place through Instagram. We made the almost 40 min drive to try them out, and we were not disappointed. They have a small dining area, and they also sell Filipino snacks, canned goods, etc. The food was really tasty, especially the kare kare and bistek. Their sisig was very well flavored too, although I personally preferred a crunchier sisig.
