What a dysfunctional store. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter while no less than 5 employees walked by. Each one asking where someone is (I assume the MIA employee tasked with taking my order)? Once the order was taken another five minutes, minimum, goes by while I watch 3 of them behind the counter walk around with a portion of my meal, appears they don't know what to do with what they're holding. Had a coupon for 3 item on sale for 3.49 each, limit of six. When I got home and read it they only discounted 1 item properly while the other was missing the dollar off the $1.50 sale price. Ordered from drive through received order fast got home started eating original recipe it tasted bland and old, so I tried a peace of crispy I ordered and it was worse. I tried to drown it with some hot sauce I had but it didn’t help the old dry mushy texture. They’re saying to support local food places but if it is not fresh or tasty it’s not going to happen from me. The sides were good but the main item the “CHICKEN” was a disappointment. I always made it a point not to go through drive throughs because of my fear of getting old bad food. Now this experience confirms it. So today I came to this location for lunch. I usually eat here once a week and they are usually great. Today was a really bad experience for me. They served me super old chicken. And fish was horrible. So I called the manger and told here about the food. I returned for a refund and they said they can only give me half of money back due to one piece of chicken being eaten (out of two) and 2 hush puppies where eaten. I had ordered 2 pc of Chicken and 2Fish. That came to $15.00. One piece of chicken and 2 hush puppy's don't make up half the meal. The guys response was that's all I can do.
