Very unprofessional I had some warranty work done on a defective couch I bought from them fine no problem, came and picked up worked on and got dropped off but today I call because of a problem with the other couch as well the one that's been worked on and the guy name Quan I think who run it got at me like I was a piece of sh- t . He told me that why didn't I tell him when the guys picked up the other one before it's obvious that it's a new problem so he goes on to get street voice with me like I'm scared of him . But to make a long story short I paid $200 down on January 2016 and got to make 18 months of payment at $186 a month on a $1600 couch set .
