McDonald's — Restaurant in Fairfield

New update:2 orders today. First one bigmac, fries and drink was fine. Second one, burger bundle we asked for no onions on the 4 cheese burgers, they put them on. We asked for extra onions extra pickles and mayo on the mcdoubles and they didn't do it. They were nice and said they would redu them. We just got the bag, and they got the Mc doubles right this time but made the cheeseburgers plain!!! Just meat and cheese. WTH. Who doesnt get ketchup and mustard on a cheeseburger? Go back to minimum wage. At least then you knew the employees wanted to work. It feels like no one cares at the higher wage. I would be ok if I don't have to drive miles to fix a dumb fast food order. This store was great after the remodel now it's definitely hit or miss more miss. Do better.

Food dashers blocking and sitting in the parking spaces marked for app customers. Makes it feel shady and not safe. Was told by an employee the manager won't do anything about it since they bring in business. Yup, not my mcd goto anymore. Will go elsewhere where it feels safer for my kids. Doesn't make sense, dashers just waiting in the parking lot for someone to order and they are there already to grab.

Food is always hot and fresh. But it seems lately there is always something missing or incorrect. I have to check my bags before I leave. Last time two mcdoubles missing, before they no sauce for the nuggets. Before that fries.... it's been about everywhere at least order its been not 100%. But the food and cleanliness. Make up for it. Even when they mess up they correct it. Except once a few orders ago I had two duplicate orders and had to show them I had two separate orders with diff order numbers. They had the food ready nut threw away their order ticket. The gal tried to make it seem like I was trying to scam until I shower her on the app both orders. She...

This location as well as Nelson practice electrical viruses into cash registers to steal from the banks ... All you need is a paper and pen for a accurate recipet @almost $15 per hour pay this is a message hoping to get out passed google to the MAC electronics family .... Please train your employees about meal numbers and the accurate price. Texas & Dover there is no double checking change or proper tax % also food handling application... (cottage license & proof of residence ) Also I have seen such desperation they do go into the data base by literally breaking the menu screen large outside display. Also how they play/change price & add an excess unexplainable ca tax.. I actually have seen monitors made/pricing ... A bank insurance company need to be monitoring these locations...

Subject: Poor Experience – Oreo McFlurry Not Made Properly

Hi,

I had a frustrating experience at this location when I ordered an Oreo McFlurry. Instead of being blended evenly like it’s supposed to be, the Oreos were only placed on top, barely any were mixed in. I politely asked for it to be blended properly, and the team lead said they could do that, only to blend just the top and leave the rest untouched. When I explained this to the supervisor, I was told I’d need to pay extra, even though the McFlurry was never made right to begin with, he told me it was made up to McDonald’s “standards”.

To make matters worse, the supervisor backed this and claimed “we mix, not blend,” which felt dismissive and like an excuse to avoid fixing the mistake or simply apologizing . At that point, I became frustrated, but only after being gaslit over what should have been a simple fix.

I’m not asking for anything excessive. I just expect the product I paid for to be made correctly without being upsold to fix someone else’s oversight. I’d appreciate a response, and more importantly, I’d like to know if this is really the “standard” McDonald’s stands by...
