I went to Starbucks today through the drive thru and had recieved one out of two of my drinks. I wasn't given a straw and when I asked the guy at the window who had a Tracheal tube ( i say this because it was the only identifier I could see on him as I was in the passenger side of the car and saw no name tag) he puts his finger up at me as to shut me down. This one is very rude, because I am a customer as well, and even if you were on the headset and the drive through you took on a job where you should be able to multi-task, especially when you work at Starbucks where this is a high demand job and I have worked in the field of customer. Service for many years. And if you really can't hand someone a straw as well as take an order, you're in the wrong field. So as I sat there waiting for my second drink, he comes back to the window. And I explained to him how rude he was, and all I wanted was a straw for my beverage, and he proceeds to shut the drive through window in my face without apologizing. I still sit in the drive through and a girl with black hair comes out. She looked to be Latina, and she was very kind and apologized profusely for his behavior and for the matter, and he then slamps the window on her and myself. This behavior is intolerable as I am a customer as well as the person who was getting their order taken the girl. Who worked there, who had the window shut on her? Did not deserve that. This guy needs to be fired and get out of the customer service game because he obviously has no intention on helping customers in the long run, and he doesn't need to have a job when there's so many people out here who need To be employed and actually want work. He's a bully and unprofessional and i have reported him to corporate, and I will be reporting him...
Read moreAs an employee of the company and as an albeit rare customer, I am a bit disappointed in this location.
I have been to this location, typically during the holiday season over the last few years and I have never felt satisfied in the quality of their drinks. I have been there at all times of day; from early morning, with little to no cafe customers, to late afternoon when they seem to be quite busy.
I think the location is horrid, parking is deplorable, and I wouldn't be surprised if they are regularly understaffed and if most of their customers are 'tough'. That doesn't mean that they aren't doing their best to be friendly, polite or kind; as I feel most got the short end of the stick.
I feel for the plight of my fellow partners at this store, as I have worked an unconquerable drive-thru myself and I know what damage that can be to morale and the soul. But, I believe that a quality drink is the reason people pay $5 for a spruced up cup of milk at any Starbucks location.
Most people are willing to wait for a good thing; so, try for a little better and I will reevaluate this review next year.
Also, no matter the quality of your drink, remember to always tip your barista with words of encouragement, a smile or a lil something...
Read moreI used to go to this Starbucks almost daily since it opened several years ago. It was clean and the people were very nice. Lately, I seldom go because it gone way downhill.
Today, I witnessed an older woman (possibly homeless) inside the store with 2 mangy dogs taking up an entire corner. They were filthy and one of the dogs was scratching itself and biting at it's skin non stop. It obviously has a flea problem. I went over to complain and another regular customer was already in front of me complaining about the dogs.
I am a dog owner. I like dogs. But I DO NOT want to eat and drink at a place where dogs are allowed inside when they are NOT service dogs. Sure, they SAY they are service dogs but we all know what is going on here.
Perhaps it's time to find another Coffee Shop...
