Starbucks — Restaurant in Fairfield

I frequent this location and have never had an experience like I did today. ABBY has got to go. She is filled with attitude and lacks customer service skills, and barista skills at that. I asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew. What she handed me was what looked to be a pumpkin spice latte when I questioned it she had an issue with it and I asked to have it remade and she snatched the drink and threw it in the sink. Then remakes the drink and legit tosses it at me as if I should just get away from her. Drink was still made incorrectly and her attitude became more agitated. I was so taken back by her lack of customer service as Starbucks general had the best of the best. I told her she needed a better attitude and she just laughed and again THREW my incorrectly made drink in the sink. Great customer service. The guy who works there is awesome and refunded me. ABBY either needs some more training and a new attitude or just a new job not in customer service. Not a great representation of...

I ordered a hot chai tea latte and noticed the employee was about to use Lactaid milk instead of whole milk. I politely told her I wanted regular whole milk, but she replied that Lactaid is regular milk. I explained that it isn’t the same, yet she kept insisting it was. Only after realizing I wasn’t budging did she finally use whole milk. Starbucks really needs to make sure their employees are properly trained on the products they serve. The fact that she genuinely thought Lactaid was whole milk—and didn’t consider the customer’s preference—was concerning. It also made me wonder how often she might be using products without confirming whether customers want dairy or non-dairy options.

i wish i can give this place 0 stars!! i drove to target to get starbucks and read a sign on a computer that said the lady will be right back.. im waiting a couple minutes and the line gets bigger and bigger mind you this place is still open! lights on and everything.. the line keeps adding up and we’re waiting like 10-15 minutes but i waited like 30 mins walking around the store.. i get back in like and it’s like 5 people and this girl THAT WORKS THERE said they’re closed. so why have a sign that says you’ll be back when it’s closed? made everyone wait for no reason. the lady was big, had black hair and she looked...
