Posted a negative review about one of the mgrs. here last week - Damonte(?), and just noticed it's been removed lolol.
Insanity is repeatedly doing the same thing and expecting a different result. THREE times, EACH, I had to repeat myself for a Matcha to be HOT, when it wasn't on the monitor.
Me to mgr: I don't see hot matcha on the screen, and I'd like a hot matcha, please... Mgr Damonte: Just put it in as special order iced. I'll watch you as you do it.
Counterperson: Whats the special order? HOT. So no ice? Correct. HOT please. What was your special order again? HOT.
Same mgr: Whats the special order? Me (You've gotta be kiddin me, as he was the same mgr as before): HOT. Same Mgr: I'm sorry we don't have hot... 🙄
The incompetence. I've accepted it at this store. The other manager is so nice and constantly apologizes each time I've had another ridiculous problem w these guys, but apparently nothing is resolved bc it just keeps playing over like a broken record broken record...

their was this larger white lady behind the deli with glasses i believe her name was stephanie i didn’t really catch her name she kept moving so it was hard to see her name tag but she was very disrespectful and kept calling me honey in a patronizing way, she told me i couldn’t get one of the wawa brown bags because it was “OnLy FoR oNLiNe OrDeRs like girl i had 6 sandwiches not everyone can chew up 6 sandwiches in one go like u #bigback
but the food wasn’t so bad considering it’s a gas station but the price was alittle too high

However the staff name Luke told me that this item is not available at that moment. So he gave me the redeem receipt and stated that I can come whenever back to any store to redeem this item. Unfortunately, I came back to same wawa store ( Fairfield , NJ) on 11/25 , the produce manager told me that this item not available again.. And I just asked him this store is far fro me and if I can go to another wawa store which is closer to me, he said other store would think I want to ROBB them!
