Starbucks — Restaurant in Fairfield

Delicious!!

SHERRY is awesome.

Since Corporate closed down my Starbucks (very unhappy about the closure of the Starbucks in downtown Fairfield) all of my coworkers at the Government Offices, Courts, Sheriff’s Office, Police Department, Fire Departments, High School Kids and Staff and local businesses lost close-by Starbucks access, as well as a FANTASTIC BARISTA CREW that we all knew and loved!!.

I am VERY NOT HAPPY with the Starbucks Corporation for closing our Starbucks.

WE MISS OUR STARBUCKS, BUT MORE-SO WE MISS OUR AWESOME AND CARING BARISTAS!!

It was so great to see SHERRY again at this Starbucks out by Costco. It was a joyful reunion!! Thank you @SHERRY!!!

I am really impressed with the Customer Service and cleanliness of this location. Starbucks can be so “hit or miss” when it comes to Customer Service, so I usually purchase gas station coffee. I barely had enough money for a small coffee this morning and the Barista was so nice while I’m counting change. I’ve sat in here for over an hour now, and Every Single Person has left happy- As if they’ve known the Barista’s forever! One customer told the Barista “Bye, I love You!”. This made my day! We need more kindness in the world- This type of kindness; where strangers become friends you love like family. It takes 1 smile to change someone’s day; Just one act of kindness can save a life. I came in with my mother ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Waiting 20min for my order the while the girls are just chatting away and calling every other customers Name but Mine. I FINALLY Go check on my order and it was just off to the side NO CALLED MY NAME. I approached the pick up desk I said I guess the young lady forgot to call my name for order I was met with a smug look I approached the front counter said again my order was not called again met with a smug look no apology at all cold sandwich Frappuccinos are melted and again no apology no accountability nothing I paid $26 for order just to sit there...
