Valentina's — Restaurant in Fairfield

I’ve had the pleasure of trying several dishes at Valentina’s in Fairfield, and each one has been a delightful experience! I’ve enjoyed their birria ramen, burritos, Carne En Su Jugo, and sopa de res. While everything has been delicious, my absolute favorite so far is their Carne En Su Jugo. The tender beef, the smoky flavor from being cooked over charcoal, and the perfect balance of spices make it a standout dish that I keep coming back for.

Beyond the incredible food, I had the chance to meet Alejandra and Leon, the wonderful owners of Valentina’s. So what made me check this place out was the free tacos even though that you have to buy something in order to get the free tacos which is very common I wish they was more pacific. I ordered two chicken tacos no onions with cilantro. It was pretty good. I didn’t too much like the chicken. I felt like it was overcooked and then for my free tacos I know for a fact that I ordered pork tacos, but instead, I received one potato and one refried beans and I never said that I was slightly disappointed this being my first time coming here I thought maybe they were got my order correct but they didn’t. The establishment was empty when my party and I arrived. The employees received with a smile and family familiarity and kindness. We were seated and allowed some time to talk amongst ourselves. They took our order so efficiently that many of just continued to have conversations. Their menu is simple but packed with amazing options. Most of us ordered the quesabirria which was absolutely amazing, full off flavor and a great price for the size. The super burrito was delicious and satiating.
