I had a horrible experience, my family and I had to walk out because we were not being served. Other customers were walking in and getting service (dine-in) as well. It has not been the first time either, which leads me to think it’s a matter of discrimination, as we were the only Hispanics to walk in. As we were waiting to be served a Caucasian couple walked in and were immediately served. Over hearing their conversation with the server (young male, thin, braids, dark skin completion) I heard the man tell the server he was the same man from another night “the brownie guy” pointing to his nose and signaling to his bag, and if he was interested. To which the server chuckled when he realized I was overhearing the conversation. As another female( young, thin, Caucasian, blond with some color streaks) server approached the couple, the man again proceeded to offer his “brownies”. I was shortened 3 extra hash browns in 3 sausage bowls which added up to 9 hash browns, and Misty the manager gave me a credit for 9 hash browns from this issue happening on the day of Mother's Day night, I called Misty the very next morning about the problem because no one answers at night and I had to be at work and was very exhausted to return with hungry children plus myself. I returned back to get a 1 sausage bowl with 3 credit hash browns, and crysta crossed out my credit and said she could not do that. I have recorded her and took pictures of the sausage bowls. So my money was pretty much paying for something I never received. I do not recommend this location ! And no call back from the managers after I reported crysta crossing out the credit and being treated such way after I paid $46.50 ! Read moreI walked in to this Waffle House at 1:48 p.m Saturday June 17th to order one waffle to go. There was maybe 4 or 5 max customers sitting either already eating or waiting. I counted 6 staff members. 10 minutes go by, there’s now 3 customers sitting. I count 5 staff members. 20 minutes go by a member apologizes for my wait and ensures I will shortly receive 2 waffles from her shortly. 30 minutes of waiting she had left along with about half the staff. Still 3 total customers in the building with 4 staff members. Still waiting for my one waffle. All of the staff members were goofing off (which I’m good with honestly if you can still provide useful work). I waited for a grand total of 38 minutes for my one waffle during a slow period with plenty of staff. I’ve had great experiences here but today the staff was not in it.
