I visited this location at about 11:30 AM today, an hour ago from writing this. Not only did it somehow take at least 2 full minutes to place a single item order at the drive-through, but the employees seem to be having a bunch of side conversations that were blasted on the intercom while I’m taking my order, so I was unsure what was going on, or when I could pull forward. My smoothie was also made incorrectly, with a very off orange color. I overheard the employee ask another coworker if the spices were even added to the drink, which in my guess is a no since it tasted so bad I just had to dump it out soon after leaving. When being handed my smoothie and my straw, I was greeted with RBF and an obvious eye roll. Not a single smile or care in the world about anything. The place was practically empty, so I’m not sure why the employee could’ve been so annoyed. I attached a photo of my receipt for order information and cashier information if needed. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this location, as I cannot stand completely incompetent customer service and inability to make a smoothie correctly, and after reading other Google reviews, I realize I’m not the first victim to this...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible! I would be giving negative stars if I could on this one! Ordered on the app - 4 large smoothies. When they were picked up we received 3 larges and 1 small and no one caught the error out the window. Tried calling 9 times (!!!!) and no one answers the phone. Drive back there to find out not just the 1 smoothie but 2 of the smoothies ordered were still there so have zero clue what was received - because they weren't labeled as requested either. With allergens and such not knowing what is in the cup is a bit concerning but clearly not their concern. They claimed they were trying to call me to tell me there was a mistake yet my phone never rang. The best part was the manager wasn't even going to offer a credit or anything for me having to come back because they messed up my order until I asked and then am given credit for 1 smoothie. Not the first time this has happened either. So now I paid for half melted smoothies that sat out on the counter while she "tried to call me". Poor customer service. Poor management. Will not return to this...
Read moreI don't understand how you can be located right next to Planet Fitness and still fail at being a remotely functional SK. Even when they have 3-4 people behind the counter they still take forever and look at you crazy when you tell them to blend a smoothie for more than 2 seconds so it can actually pass through a straw. They need to fire all of these ghetto employees. We go to the West Chester location now that only has 1 employee, yet still somehow works faster than the 2-4 workers behind the counter at this one that are always having side conversations and distracted. Dealing with this location actually makes a good case for AI/automation taking over these kinds of roles. It may seem convenient after working out at Planet Fitness, but you'll learn quick how incompetent the workers at this location are and that it's simply not worth dealing with after having a good workout. We walked in today and literally no one behind the counter or acknowledging our presence for minutes. I'm amazed this place...
