I love Chipotle! I eat it literally every day for lunch. I'm diabetic, and it's the only fast food I have found I can eat that doesn't cause my glucose to skyrocket.
But this particular location is horrible!!! I've watched online pick up orders stand there the whole time while I go through the line and eat, and the poor people are still waiting for their order.
Almost every other day. There's some issue. Today for example, @11:05am the doors where locked with a sign posted "online orders only". Last week two different days again at 11am and after. The doors were locked for some unexplainable reason. Either no one showed up for prep. They didn't have enough people to open. I get there @11am just about every day. Alot of times employees are strolling in, probably late and weren't there when their shift started.
The manager has a attitude. And if he's working the line, he shorts you. Then when you ask for a little more cheese, or chicken, or sourcream because he's skimped you. He wants to charge you extra. He'll put like 10 shreds of cheese on your item, and claim it's a ounce and thats their portion size. I'm thinking "bro, I sold dope for decades. I could eye ball a ounce. And that's not a ounce"!
Like I said, I love chipotle. But this location needs a new manager, people to show up on time, and some structure. It's one of the most disfunctional locations...
Read moreThe staff was absolutely wonderful even though they where slammed and crazy busy. I went here for lunch the other day and the line was really long. They worked hard and fast and got us through the line as quickly as possible. There was a very unpleasant costumer in front of me in line that was crazy picky about how much of each item she wanted on in her bowl. I understand wanting extra of something, but this woman went a little overboard (wanting half a scoop of this, a full scoop and a half of that and "DOUBLE, I SAID DOUBLE NOT ONE AND A HALF SCOOPS' of that) The staff accommodated her as quickly and professionally as they could as they attempted to keep the line moving, even after she asked for three sides of sour cream then decided she wanted fresher sour cream and made them start over. They handed her the completed order and set the "fresher" sour cream next to her order. She refused to pick it up and handed the bag back and made the staff put it in the bag for her and "do their job". I want to give the lunch crew that was working 8/29/17 a huge shout out for being as professional as they where and still kept the rest of the line moving as much as possible during this whole charade. Read moreThis location is usually, pretty awesome. Today was not so great. I arrived at 5, to give them ample time to prepare my 4:20 order.
My order wasn't ready, no big deal. I asked a crew member for help. But they couldn't find my order in the system, which was odd. So I showed proof of my email confirmation, still my order couldnt be found.
i stood there for about 10 minutes soaking wet and chilled from the rain waiting to hear something about my order.
This wouldnt have been such a negative experience if they offered me a cup of water, or something.
The old chipotle crew would go out of their way to make your experience better, I miss that.
edit: ordered on the app, picked up my food// my name was on the ticket you know the drill. got home, opened my food.. completely wrong order. (yes my name was on the ticket attached to the bag. wouldnt have picked up someone else's order.) so I drove back to chipotle with my wrong order in tow, explained what happened. The fellow at the cash register didnt seem to know what to do.
