Arby's — Restaurant in Fairhope

I was lucky and got a cordon bleu that was super delicious. A couple of others with me ordered French dips and the rue tasted off, definitely old. The lemonade tasted off too. The floors needed a serious cleaning, as we ordered, the other members noticed different parts of the kitchen area that needed cleaning. While half of the food ordered was good, almost half of the group went home with an upset stomach and one of which had the lingering effects of food poisoning. First, I could not remember the name of the new sandwich I saw advertised. (he’s called the Angus) At the drive thru, I asked the clerk what was the name of the new sandwich. Silence. I described it to her. Beef, peppers, onions,cheese, bun, etc. and again, just silence. Then she said The Italian. I found that but it didn’t have onions and peppers. I told her no, that wasn’t it. We don't normally go out for fast food, but tonight we decided to go to Arby's for a full family meal. We looked up the store hours, I had a budget of $80 but when we got there shortly before 7PM the lights on the drive thru were off. We figured that the light was out and tried to go inside, nope no lobby access but the sign on the door said 10PM were their closing hours so back to the drive thru we went, when we got there the young man was polite on the microphone but then the manager lady interrupted and told me that they close at 7?!?! 😐 Sonic got the $60 that would have been Arby's, and it will again next time as well or I'll drive to a different Arby's in our county.
