Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fairhope

We don’t order pizza much, to me it’s a treat!! It has been several months ago that I made an order. The order consisted of pepperoni and cheese, and a spinach. Well, I asked for lite sauce on my pepperoni and I got white sauce. What’s that mean, one unhappy kid!!! I called and was told they were sorry, to keep what we had picked up, and they would make it right. I was happy. That is until this afternoon!! I called to get what I paid for the first time and what I was told would be corrected, JUST TO BE TOLD NO!! He didn’t have a notation in the computer!!! Someone needs to be retrained obviously!!! Dominos I’m Fairhope was my sons favorite pizza place, sadly he will have to find another one!!! Shame on you Dominos in Fairhope!! Placed an order for a pan pizza: extra cheese, extra sauce, and a couple toppings on one side. I receive a pizza with hardly any sauce and no extra cheese. It happens, so I call and ask for it to be remade. The guy was nice, told me come back in 15 minutes to pick up a new pizza. I get there, the lady was nice and even had me check out my pizza before I left. The pizza had a lot of cheese and extra sauce from what I could see, everything looked excessive (I guess because it had to be remade) but I took it home.

The picture is what lay beneath the cheese and sauce. Raw pizza dough. The folks making the pizza was in such a rush to remake this pizza they overdid the cheese and sauce and the pizza didn’t cook all the way through.

This will definitely be the last time I visit...

Dorthy, please have your owners call me. I ordered online 15 mins before closing to place an order. I get a call from you stating your store is out of pepperoni, chicken, and bacon. You said you would do it whatever it takes to get it out to me. I preceded to call daphne store to help out your store. The daphne store manager was rude and referred to me as “bruh” staying she couldn’t help you. I asked to have your GM call me as you assured they would, but nothing from them. I went ahead and placed another order which was showing in my app, which I have screenshots of, as being in the oven. Two minutes later I am informed my order has been canceled.
