So a lot of people nowadays say that the Young generation won't work which of course is not sense. But if you ever want to see an example of the nonsense of that and see that young people are absolutely working just stop by the Starbucks.
I was there waiting for my friend to come so that we could order and they were working efficiently friendly rapidly the place was immaculately clean when I asked questions about a couple of new drinks or new to me they explained in detail which then I ordered in the same for my friend and we both love the recommendation because it was exactly what we were looking for.
Then as is my customer started telling them, with translations, some of my jokes in Spanish and of course the translations got laughs.
To be honest watching them work so diligently almost made me tired to think about how difficult their job must be and yet they have the energy and the pizzazz to do it in such an invigorating and friendly way.
I think that the owner of this place how to start giving them pizza so that they slow down a little bit stop destroying the stereotypes that young people don't work because if that happens then what are old people like me going to have to complain about when it comes to the young lol.
Great job kids keep it up thanks for...
Read moreMy drink was put in a cup that literally looked like it was pulled from a garbage can- the side was dented in and it was covered in what I hope was chocolate syrup and coffee stains (there was no syrup of any kind in my drink so it wasn't from making it) on the outside, but I didn't notice till I had already pulled away from the drive through and was halfway home. Also the girl working was very unfriendly and didn't even say thank you when I handed her a $2 tip for one simple beverage, she just grabbed it from my hand and shut the window and walked away. Honestly I threw the drink away without even trying it because I was scared of what the inside of the cup looked like before they filled by how the outside looked. Also there was no drive through sticker on it or cup marking for me to even know it was really the drink I ordered. There wasn't even a line, so there's no excuse for such terrible service. I have plenty of friends who currently work or have previously worked for Starbucks and know none of them would ever treat even a rude customer like that so I'm a bit shocked, especially since I was very polite and full of "May I's", "pleases" and "thank you's" during my transaction. I will never go back to this location, which is a bummer because it...
Read moreI've visited this Starbucks multiple times and my experience there is rarely good. Two weeks ago I went in hoping to get a soy mocha. They were out of mocha so the cashier suggested that I get a white mocha. Thankfully the barista caught it and told me there was dairy in the white mocha which I can't have. So I ended up getting a latte not what I wanted but it worked.
Last weekend I went in and the line was backed up all the way to the door. I again ordered a white mocha after waiting a long time and the person in front of me ended up picking up my drink and taking a drink out of it. They did make me another one but the huge line and the delay made me late to my meeting.
Finally today I stopped in to get a coffee only to find out that they were out of Soy milk. It wouldn't be so bad if I had ever been compensated with a free drink coupon for these things. But at this point I'll only go there if it won't make me late for something and if I'm ok with not getting what...
