Absolutely awful service; within the past year, the entire Fast Food joint has gone downhill. The person who was working the register was very distant and gave off a disrespectful aura.
The self service devices had no paper for the recipes, so you didn't know what number you were if you ordered something through the machine. I pressed the NEED HELP button on the said device, two people saw that it was flashing... I waited until my food was called for. Within the ten minutes I waited patiently, no one came to the machine. When I had to go back in to place one final order, I wasn't given my Soda Cup when I ordered over the counter. I had to wait an extra twelve minutes to finally ask if I could be given my Soda cup.
Me and the people I live with use to regular this McDonalds, and usually they'd mess up the orders constantly (Order something without Onions and it has onions). However; the service would be phenomenal and the people working would be genuine and show some level of empathy. It was why I kept coming to this McDonalds, I understood their situation.
I understand that fast food joints don't pay well, and they treat their workers horrifically; I've seen it first hand... but this was just an awful experience, even for those standards.
I will not be returning to this McDonalds; at least for a year or two, due to the poor customer service.

Read moreI’m not usually one to write reviews, but this McDonalds ruined my morning. I ordered in the mobile app, and went through the drive-thru. I provided my code, and upon pulling up to the first window they asked for my code again, as they misheard me the first time. Not a problem. I pull up to the second window to get my food, and the girl working the window shoved a sprite to me (not what I ordered) and told me to go wait further down and they would bring the food out to me. Before I could even respond she slammed the window shut, so I go and I wait. In the time that I wait, 6 cars that were behind me get their food and leave. In this time another customer has pulled into the parking lot, walked inside, stayed for a few minutes, and then left without food. She yelled at me in my car saying “You should just leave, they’re all playing around, you’re not going to get your food.” I am now frustrated and late for work, so I pull up to the front and park and go inside. I was going to attempt to speak to someone, but there was a long line of people waiting inside, with only one woman working the counter at a snails pace. No acknowledgment, nothing. Ignored us. Finally, I see a bag placed on the counter by them. I thought maybe they were waiting for hot fries. That sat there forever too. A third person came over to the window area eventually and seemed to take charge. She opened window and proceeded to hand me the same bag that had been sitting there.
