Last time we went, today, we didnt get our food. Since we have a lunch period we are liminted to 45 minutes. We were the first people to order. We started seeing that everyone was getting their food before us. We complained and they did nothing about it. Our friend ordered a burger with fries but only got her burger. We had only 5 minutes to eat and we didn't even get our food so we canceled it. We were getting major attitude for the waiters. This is not the first time that something like this has happened. Delicious food. I am notnfrom central America, so, we ask the waitress about some of the dishes. All shebdid was like say the name of the dishes. I can read that, so we asked what are they? She rolled her eyes and walked away passing us off to another waitress to take our order. I ended up having to Google some of the dishes. Wait staff weren't too nice. I guess you must be Guatemalan for them to be nice and all over you, or male for the first waitress to want to help as she was all over other male patrons. The food is great. Typically consistent when we order. I actually really enjoy this place. Low star review reasoning: Would love to order more but I cannot because in many cases the employees only speak Spanish. This review is to let the owner of the business know that there are many times the employees just hang up on me when I am trying to make an order for multiple people because I do not speak english. I am only one person your missing out on $50-$80 at a time, Im sure there are many that only speak English and don't have a chance...
