Arby's — Restaurant in Falcon

Was very disappointing. About 10:30 wanted to milkshake with my meal was told the machine was broken which who knows. I got the two for seven roast beef and cheddar and mozzarella sticks. I get to the window to get my total and my food and to pay and the young kid who was on the headset and at the window was busy on his phone with somebody else it didn't seem business related. He was very polite and continued to apologize for talking to them and me at the same time yet didn't do anything about it , continued his conversation with whoever was on the phone. Asked me if I'd like any sauces and I said yes I would like some Arby's sauce and some ranch please. I had kind of a lengthy weight at the window which was fine because the cheese sticks were actually fresh. My sandwich however was cold. I got no Ranch , I got no Arby's sauce , but I got marinara, which I did not want nor did I ask for. Because the youngster who was taking care of the orders at the windows and stuff had disappeared and either the manager or the Cook or somebody had come from the back to bring me my food. Obviously there's quite a few other distractions when they're there doing their job and can't get the orders right. Very...

When the place first opened the food was hot and fresh, staff was friendly, and I had no complaints. I dont know what happened so quickly but we pull up to the monitor and order, ask for sauce. The girl who was working the window around 9:50PM -10PM on Dec 14th told us to ask for the sauce at the window. We cant order it at the oredering machine? kinda bad customer service to make us order it twice. We get to the window and the girl was not friendly at all We would say thank you for the foos and get absolutely no response from her. Not sure why she couldnt talk to us. No smile on her face or anything. Than we asked for the sauce and she didnt say anything, just grabbed it and handed it to us, we said thank you, once again no response. We pulled away and immediately tested the food. The food was cold. Curly fries were soggy and cold... not even warm. Absolutely disgusting. Definitely already...

Nice and clean, friendly staff, food was hot, tasty and fast ...absolutely everything a person would expect and nothing that would urge me to leave anything but 5 stars. I'm glad they are here in Falcon!!!! It's also rare, and shows genuine concern to see owner responses to feedback. That in itself tells me that these guys care about giving me, and everybody else a good experience in their restaurant. This is a BRAND NEW restaurant trying to start up at a time when finding employees with a body temperature between 80 and 110 degrees is a hard thing to do. I understand that there are growing pains for a new business in this weird social and economic climate; I just wish other's would understand that too and just be patient a little bit. After all, it's not a Burger King...
