I am surviving kidney cancer and was looking to improve my overall health. I was gun shy about trying a new program, I am not a weight lifting competitor I am a regular person with a stress filled life who wants to be in the best health possible. Yes, lose weight and regain muscle. I am female and a tad over 60. I was referred to Aires by my trainer and class instructor. Immediately my reservations disappeared, Aires has been such a help. I am loosing weight at a healthy pace while continuing to get my strength back. My doctors are pleased with my weight loss and maintaining my protein and nutrient levels! Aires provides a meal plan which is tailored for me!!! Completely takes the guesswork out of what and how much to eat. Seriously, if you are like me and don’t have time to plan meals give Aries a call. I meal prep on Sunday what I can and once you get into a routine it is like second nature. I attempted to cancel my membership and found out that I needed to pay a balance. I gave them my card over the phone to pay the balance over the phone. They probably took the info incorrectly and Now 3 months later I receive a collection notice with a bill three times the amount I assumed I paid. I called to talk to someone to understand what happened I spoke to a Matilda who was very rude, talking over me. I asked her for an email to write to the manager she was rushing the email instead of repeating the email she hung up on me. I called back she didn’t pick up. Apparently they never canceled the account and is billing me and she refused to hear me. I offered to show the police report where I lost my wallet and had to replace the card. She is very rude. And now I am stuck with a bill that continues to grow because their assistant is refusing to assist and attempt to resolve the issue even after I offer to provide a report where I lost my wallet. I was a faithful customer for a year until I decided to cancel...
