Edited five days after owner repsonded - So no i was not speechless!!! i have so many good things to say. The staff tried to up sell me on add-ons based on what i wanted to target! I never tried the turmeric shot but i was sold on it after one of the girls answered ALL of my many questions about it. It felt nice because the employees were working hard and actually seemed happy to be there! They were answering as a group and even each one had some information to tell me about what ever i asked/bother them about. I went twice after i enjoyed the tumeric shot. Once I went alone and it was two young women that served me and answered all my questions. I went again 24 hours later and they had one of the girls and a guy this time. I took a friend with me and she also agrees the employees were nice and informative. I feel like having involved staff is what makes me go here instead of smoothie king.. The only problem is how do you pay these wages to educated people that will involve themselves into your health and diet ideas, as valued employees like this they will go seek further employment instead of a...

as someone who's quite a regular here, the quality of the smoothies and food has always been five stars to me. however, the service and attentiveness today was not so great. i placed an order for pickup through the rewards app and arrived at around 1:40pm. my smoothie was ready upon arrival, but my toast wasn't, so i told one of the employees that i would sit and wait until it's ready. i sat and waited until i was so tired of waiting that i decided to get up and ask when it would be ready. when i got up, i saw my food on the counter, meaning it was already ready while i was sitting and waiting for my "unready" toast. i will continue coming to this location because the smoothies are great, but the service and attentiveness today was quite inconvenient. this usually does not happen so i wouldn't expect it to happen again. they were a bit busier than usual today, so i can give them some of the benefit...

Website says you open at 7 AM your door says 8 (on a junky closed sign). I've been here since 745 it's now 830 and I am furious. You've missed out on eight people pulling up and leaving. My order was for 6 people so at least $100 worth of business combined. Just decide you don't want to come to work today and don't care about how much you inconvenience other people. I'm so annoyed and you've completely ruined my plans to bring smoothies to my father and his staff in the hospital. Oh and I called (of course) and it rings and goes to voicemail and then your mailbox is full. What a terribly run business.
