Customer service does matter if you are taking people's money or want to take people's money.
I rarely give reviews even if customer service is horrible. I forgive and move on. But here you deserve 0 stars if you are lying to me on my face. Did some buying and a bit of exchange about 10 days ago. Called in last evening to check if my ring is ready, No answer. Walked into the store today to check if it's ready. After greeting the lady, she asked me if they had called me if my ring was ready. I said no, no one called and neither texted. I called to check if it's ready and got no response so had to walk into the store. Gave her the tag and she went to check and told me I hadn't called. Here, another guy from the store asked me if I had called and I responded yes. Gave him my number and he was like no you didn't call we don't see your number. Matched the number that I called (Fallschurch store) twice in front of him but he kept denying it and lied to my face knowingly that this was not their number and that it was from NC. I said ok. Later, He comes back and asks for an apology. How can you lie to my face and when caught and confronted ask for an apology?
Called the same number and straight went to his store phone. And he is like yes this is our number.
You lied to my face, denied your store number and then were sorry about it. Seriously? Apologies accepted, here comes the lady that your ring is ready and we texted you. I pulled out my phone showed them my text thread and asked them to show where is their number and text. NOTHING. I accept your apology and you guys lie to me again right to my face. SHAMEFUL.
P.S. for security guard. Apparently you don't understand your job well, do not jump into talks mate it is none of your business. Saying that I'm being negative and having an attitude. Why shouldn't I be furious and have not an attitude towards you all? You want me to be positive while we are doing business with your bosses and you all are lying to my face and acting like I am on the wrong side. DISGUSTING.

We asked for a custom made pin for my mother and it took them over 3 months to finally get it because they kept selling it to other people or would never respond to messages. When they finally got the pin last week they put it aside but were not responding to messages. Come to find out the person texting me about the pin had eye surgery (inshallah she has a full and healthy recovery). She left me a message saying she is giving the phone to someone else who will finalize my transaction but they never reached out. I spent the next few days asking for updated invoices and for a response and received one today. They tried to overcharge me when we already agreed on the price previously with the other 2 salespeople (we still have the text message thread) and started to tell me to forget about today’s gold prices. This didn’t make sense to me because our agreed price was already higher than what the other jewelers locally were selling for, but I didn’t mind and tried explaining that to her. I told her that the gold 1/2 liras are cheaper on their own website (and realistically liras are a set price so you sell it as it is listed since there is no design charge) but she kept yelling to forget about today’s gold prices. I cannot believe this is the treatment from them after months of lying and trying to scam customers who have spent over $80,000 over the years. If I knew it would take this long I wouldn’t have trusted their empty promises and would have hired another local jeweler to make my mom her birthday present. So embarrassing. What a bunch of scammers and rude customer service. Whatever you do try to look elsewhere. New Jersey, New York, Illinois, and Arizona are full of other jewelers who are so nice and honest. The communication was tedious. Finally I was able to make my purchase which was shipped to me. Upon arrival, I did not know the bangle was hollow and no instructions or information on how to wear it and not bending it. I wore it and tried to make it fit my wrist and literally it started to bend and had 2 dents. If I was told it was hollow I would be more careful wearing it. They don’t have a refund policy nor warranty! Plus I simply asked them for an exchange and they said no. I am a very honest and truthful person! I would think about it twice before buying from them if I were you! Believe these 1 star ratings. There are better and other places that will respect your hard earned money. I spent $775 on this for nothing! Literally nothing! It’s is not even 10.5 gram they said if you take into account the cz stones! I ended up selling it back for $400 to another local jewelry in dallas. I lost $375 that I will never get back and I am in the middle of preparing for a wedding. I did not need to throw money at the window like that. I hope you Yasini are satisfied with your lack of customer service and lack of compassion.
