The drive-thru worker forgot to hand me back my credit card yesterday. Not a huge mistake, I was in a hurry myself and didn't realize until later.
The issue was when I went to get the card this morning. I ask the manager if my Costco credit card was there, and I handed him my ID, a state driver's license. He asked me the bank. Not sure because I have multiple cards, I repeat "it's a Costco credit card."
Manager Nazrul Islam went in back and found my card, held my card in front of me while standing behind the counter, puts his hand over it and demands I tell him the bank name despite it literally having my picture on it and me showing him my name on my ID again.
He then took the card BACK TO THE BACK OF THE STORE AND TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE IT!
He said he didn't have the card, after seeing my name and picture and company associated with the card. I had to press him again and he said, "that was citibank, you said 'Costco."" This manager, Nazrul Islam, was literally trying to steal my credit card despite me handing him my driver's license and telling him the identifiable info on the card.
When he did finally bring the card he wasted more of my time as if to punish me for not telling him the magic words.
It was incredible, they messed up and their manager treats me like a criminal while lying to me and trying to steal my credit card.
I strongly advise all to not go to this Wendy's. I wouldn't be surprised if they are stealing...
Read moreI went here to order food on 10/29/23 at approximately 12:40 pm in the drive through, the lady asked to take my order but as I was speaking she interrupted stating that she could not hear me which in return I elevated my voice then she asked me if I was ok instead of taking my order. Once my order was completed I drove to the window and there stood three ladies staring at me not saying anything. About a minute later I asked if I can pay for my order and asked why were they all just standing there. A manager comes over, I tell her what’s going on in which she apologizes and attempted to take my payment. Using Apple Pay as a method of course I have to use my password in which she refused to pull the payment machine down causing a delay with the payment method because a password is needed. She hands me bk my phone and tells me that she does not know what’s wrong with it. I refused the order as she was being sarcastically rude, unprofessional and frustrated by this time. I walked inside to ask for the names of the three employees and manager but the cashier was told in Spanish not to give me the names so she kept saying she didn’t know. There were three Indian ladies one bearing a red scarf and the manager was short with her appearance to be white but was Spanish in ethnicity.
